The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs has assured the people of Kailahun District that government will do everything in its powers to bring to book all those who had link with the alleged murder of the SLPP supporter in Kenema, Daddy George. The SLPP supporter was killed in Kenema last month.
Ismael Sengu Koroma was speaking after the funeral of Daddy George in Segwema Kailahun District where Mr Koroma met with the family of the late man.
The Deputy Minister consoled the family and conveyed President Koroma’s condolences and assured them that government will not leave any stone unturned as government will bring to book all those who aided and abetted the murder of Daddy George. He disclosed that a trust fund will be created for the child of the late man.
Mr Koroma also addressed the police in Kaliahun and called on them to provide maximum security for the people of Kailahun.
The Deputy Minister said the people should have the liberty to go about their business unhindered, as government will always protect them.
