The Country Director of Oxfam Sierra Leone Thynn Thynn Hling has told SLBC that they have handed over their Ebola Response Facilities to the Makeni City Council to help the council in its development drive.
The International Non-governmental Organisation wrapped up its Ebola response measures in Bombali district this week after six months of responding to Ebola measures in that part of the country.

Madam Thynn Thynn Hling explained that their Ebola response measures cut across the two chiefdoms in Bombali district. According to the country Director her organisation has trained over one thousand people in the district on active case finding and community action plans.

The Country Director of Oxfam Sierra Leone said more than three hundred thousand people in Bombali have benefitted from Oxfam’s Ebola Response measures.
According to Oxfam, three chiefdoms in Bombali were provided with water and sanitation facilities.
