PRESIDENT ERNEST BAI KOROMA RETURNS HOME AFTER ATTENDING THE TWENTY FIFTH ORDINARY SESSION OF THE AFRICAN UNION HEADS OF STATE AND GOVERNMENT IN SOUTH AFRICA.

President Ernest Bai Koroma has returned to Freetown after attending the Twenty Fifth Ordinary Session of the African Union Heads of State and Government together with other fifty Heads of State and Government at the Sandston Convention Center, Johannesburg, South Africa.

On arrival at the Lungi International Airport, President Ernest Bai Koroma was received by Ministers, the secretary to the President, government officials and local dignitaries.

The President later met with the Ministers, the Secretary to President, Mr. Emmanuel Osho Coker and the National coordinator, Office of National Security, Ismail Tarawally at the Presidential Lounge who intimated him with their daily briefings.
Immediately after the briefings, President Koroma left for the Federal Republic of Germany on a private working visit.

President is expected back in Freetown after a week of his visit.
While in Johannesburg, President Ernest Bai Koroma met with the Executive secretary, Global fund for aids, Tuberculosis and malaria, Mark Dydul at the Sandton Convention Center, Boardroom Two.

Also while attending the African Union Summit in Johannesburg, President Ernest Bai Koroma held bilateral talks with the Chinese Vice Foreign Minister and special envoy of the Chinese Government, Mr. Zhang Mong at the Sandston convention Center, Boardroom Two.
