The Legal Aid Board has discharged twelve inmates from the Pa Demba Road Correctional Centre on offences ranging from larceny to sexual abuses totalling One Hundred and Eighty One.

They were discharged for want of evidence, resulting to application for discharge by a Legal Aid Board Lawyer Cecilia Tucker who has secured the highest discharge for the Board.

She commended the Judge and the prosecution for their cooperation, pointing out she finds joy as defence counsel when he secure the release of clients.

Those discharged advised young people to refrain from crime, as the Pa Demba Road Correctional Centre is not a conducive place.
