President Ernest Bai Koroma has arrived in New Delhi, to attend the Third India Africa Forum Summit
On arrival at the Indra Gandhi International Airport, President Koroma was received by senior Ministers of the Indian and Sierra Leonean Governments who led him to the VIP Lounge where he was welcomed by the Minister of Textile, Mr. Santos Gangawar and the Honorary Consul to Sierra Leone in India who is also Airtel Vice Chairman.
The President will attend a welcoming dinner hosted by the Prime Minister of India for Heads of States and Government attending the India Africa Forum Summit.
The Summit offers an excellent opportunity for the Continent of Africa and the Sub-Continent of India to build upon historic and fraternal South-South Cooperation.
Africa is inspired by India as a great model of technological advancement, research and development.
The summit seeks to nurture the inspiration in harnessing the continent’s resources for growth, stability and development.
.However the India Africa Communications unit is putting a strategic report together about Sierra Leone to show case the country in India for possible investments in the country.
