International Labour Organisation states on the transition from informal to formal economy

The 2015 recent recommendations adopted by International Labour Organisation states on the transition from informal to formal economy which indicates that everyone is a worker and should be recognized by government.  The Sierra Leone Labour Congress has been organizing trade union in the informal economy and has been the first country followed by Rwanda and Malawi to follow the recommendation.
